    Shipping Policy

    At VelticKicks, we are committed to delivering your sneakers safely and on time. All our deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy, a trusted national courier service in South Africa.

    Shipping Costs

    • There is no shipping cost. All Deliveries are free of charge
    • However shipping costs will only apply when you are returning, when requesting a size exchange.

    Courier Guy

    • Delivery will take up to 2-5 business days depending on location
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


    Refund and Exchange Policy

    At VelticKicks, customer satisfaction is very important to us. To ensure fairness and transparency, please take note of our refund and exchange policy below:

    Refunds

    • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
    • Refunds will only be processed in the event of manufacturing defects or damages to the product upon delivery.
    • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if any damage is found, accompanied by clear photographic proof.

    Exchanges

    • Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect sizes.
    • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when requesting a size exchange.

    Conditions

    • All claims for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
    • SneakerFlex reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.
    • Products showing signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or without original packaging will not qualify.


    How to track your order?

    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a waybill number.
    • This number allows you to track your order directly on The Courier Guy website or app.
    • Tracking updates will include each stage of delivery (Collected → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered).
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct.
